Academic Information

Fees Rules & Regulations

  • Once admission fee has been paid, it will not be refunded even if the pupil is withdrawn.
  • Tuition fee is to be deposited by quarterly (3 months). For the late payment fine of 250/- per month will be charged.
  • Annual charges and Student's activity charges shall be paid in April. These charges are taken once in a year.
  • Parents should kindly keep the receipt issued to them as proof of the payment of fees. The same is to be produced when needed.
  • Fees shall not be accepted without producing the fee card. Fees shall be paid by a responsible person.
  • Those who loose the fee card will be fined 10/- for issuing another one.
  • For L.K.G. Sections fees will be collected by half yearly (6 months).
  • Every student must positively pay all the school dues latest by 20th February. If a student fails to clear the dues he/she will be prevented from appearing for the annual examination.
  • Results will not be given to the pupils who fail to clear the school dues.
Note: No school business will be transacted after school hours and on holidays.

  • Summer 8.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m
  • Winter 8.30 a.m to 11.30 a.m
  • Afternoon 12.30 p.m to 1.50 p.m
Principal's Office Hours
  • Summer 8.30 a.m to 10.00 a.m
  • Winter 9.30 a.m to 10.30 a.m
  • Parents may meet the principal from Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m and 10.00 a.m (In special cases with prior appointment is appreciated)
  • Parents may meet the teachers (Between 1.45 p.m and 2.15 p.m)

General Rules

  • The school uniform is compulsory for all students attending the school.
  • The purpose of having uniform is manifold. It intended to inculcate in them the spirit and feeling of belonging to the school. It also infuses in students the spirit of unity and harmony but above all the sense of equality among them.
  • The students who do not come to school in uniform will be sent back at the risk of the parents/guardians and are also likely to be punished for defaulting this rule.

Winter & Saturday: During winter a maroon cardigan is part of the uniform, Maroon-pink checked Jacket is compulsory in winter. On Saturday: White pants/skirts and white shirt, white socks & shoes and school belt and tie.
